Classes will be one-hour with a progressive curriculum in the foundation of belly dance movements. We will work on technique to gain stamina and improve transitions . Each class includes a warm-up, strengthening exercises, posture, isolations, arm / hand movements and training drills for stationary and traveling steps. Then we will cool down and get center in mind, body and spirit.
